Christi Whalen started as a receptionist with Zimmer Insurance Group in 1986 and became a licensed insurance agent in 1987. By 1991 she received the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) designation and specialized as a Personal and Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. In 1996 Christi received the Outstanding Customer Service Representative of Nebraska Award and later that year moved in to full time property & casualty insurance sales. John Zimmer, III retired in 2002 and sold Zimmer Insurance Group to his key producers. Today Christi T. Whalen, J. Greg Zimmer & William T. Zimmer own and operate Zimmer Insurance Group. Christi has gained an honest reputation for quality personal and commercial sales and service. She writes all lines of property & casualty insurance, and firmly believes that she “works for our client, not the insurance carrier” Christi holds many non-resident licenses in other states to accommodate those clients with secondary homes.
