As a reminder Zimmer Insurance Group is no longer accepting payments as of 01/01/2016. Please see the list below for payment and claims reporting information. If you should need any further assistance please contact us. To better assist you, the following carriers have 24 hour direct claim reporting and payment services available. Prior to calling, please have your policy number and claim details available for the claims adjuster. The insurance carrier will forward a copy of your claim report to our office.
