Shannon joined Zimmer Insurance Group in June 2020 as a Customer Service Representative in our personal lines department. 
 
Shannon retired from the United States Postal Service in Lincoln, March of 2017 where she worked as a Letter Carrier.  In May of 2019 she began working for American Family Insurance as a Customer Service Representative.  Shannon passed her exam and obtained her Property/Casualty Producers License in August of 2019. 
 
Shannon enjoys life with her husband, Rick and their 4 kiddos: Keegan, Rihanna, Braelyn and Nohva.  She is found almost every weekend at a baseball/football field or basketball court, cheering on Keegan.  When they have free time, they are in the stands at Husker football and basketball games.
